Delivery times will vary depending on location. 

• Complimentary standard shipping over $150. Orders less than $150 are shipped for $8.00 flat rate.

• Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to ship. We are a small business with limited employees

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched and you will receive a link to track your order. If we can assist you with your order in any way, please be in touch with us at support@oakcontemporarystudio.com.

Returns

We offer returns for purchases within 14 days. Your item must be in original condition (tags attached, unused and unwashed and in the original packaging). Your refund will not process until we have received the item in original condition at our office.

To complete your return, please send us an email at support@oakcontemporarystudio.com. We will be happy to assist you with a return shipping label and instructions. 

While we hope you love and use your purchases for years to come, we understand that sometimes things don't quite work out, and we will refund or exchange your order should there be an issue. Please be mindful about your environmental impact, and make sure that each order is placed consciously, with the intention of keeping all purchases.. We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and any items returned in unused condition are returned to stock, ready for a new home. Before initiating your return please consider the waste and carbon emission impact of making a return, or placing an order with the intention of only keeping some of the items.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
